How much does Nuasix Salon cost?
From CHF 39.- per month for a single person, then in tiers based on team size. The first month is free, and billing starts with the second. No fixed-term commitment.
Does my data stay in Switzerland?
Yes. Your data is hosted in a Swiss datacentre. The service complies with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD).
Are reminder SMS billed separately?
No. Each tier includes an SMS quota, shown in the table above. Beyond that, each extra SMS is billed as used, at the rate shown in the price details.
Is the website really included?
Yes, a ready-to-use template and publishing are included in the subscription. A bespoke site remains possible, at a preferential rate.
Can my clients book online?
Yes, 24 hours a day, from your website. Every booking lands directly in your calendar, with automatic confirmation and reminder.
Is the module suitable for a beauty institute, a barbershop or a grooming salon?
Yes. The module covers every appointment-based trade, from hairdressing to barbershops, taking in beauty and aesthetics, nails, spas, pet grooming and tattooing.
Can I take payment directly from the software?
Yes, the till is built in. Every service turns into a payment, with product sales along the way.
What if I have several staff members?
Each has their own calendar view and hours. The price moves in tiers based on team size.
Can I earn months by referring others?
Yes. Every organisation has its referral code in its settings. When a peer signs up with your code, one month of their subscription is deducted from your invoice. If they pay more than you, the deduction covers more than one month.
Who counts towards my team size?
Anyone you give access to the module, including yourself. A member of your organisation without access to Nuasix Salon is not counted and does not see it. Likewise, a staff member who appears in the calendar without a login account is not counted.
I am coming from another piece of software. Can I bring my data with me?
Yes, and we take care of it for you. Write to us before you start, whatever software you are leaving, be it Salonkee, Treatwell or another. You send us whatever your old tool can export, and we bring over your clients and their upcoming appointments.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Each person exports their own data from their settings, with a breakdown of what the file contains. The full export of an organisation is still being built and not yet available. In the meantime, contact us and we will prepare it for you.
How do I stop my subscription?
From your settings, the owner cancels module by module. The module stays usable until the end of the period already paid for, then is not renewed. You receive a confirmation email with the end date. Until that date has passed, you can undo the cancellation in one click. No minimum term, no pro-rata refund.
Is Nuasix available in German or Italian?
Yes. Both the site and the interface adapt to each person's language, with French, German, Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Albanian and Romansh to choose from.
